Al zit gevangen tussen zijn loyaliteit aan de politie en zijn liefde voor zijn broer in een gespannen omgeving. Het lijkt erop dat zijn broer, Rudy, betrokken was bij een maffia-hit die mogelijk een bendeoorlog zou kunnen beginnen. Tony C., een lokale maffiabaas en jeugdkennis van Al, huurt hem in om erachter te komen wie er bij de aanslag betrokken was. Al moet zijn broer vinden en een aantal beslissingen nemen.
